I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The garden apartment was comfortable with a nice bed, but it felt smaller and cramped than I expected, not matching the original bastide claim. The service was fabulous, with a very warm and friendly staff. The location was convenient for walking into the city center, though it lacked a full-time attendant for pool area cleanliness. The dining experience was poor value for money and lacked attentive waiting staff. Overall, a mixed experience with some wonderful aspects but room for improvement.
